Responsibilities:
- Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster carers and their families.
- Maintaining detailed records of children and young people's progress.
- Attending meetings, child care statutory reviews, and care planning meetings.
- Collaborating with foster parents and social workers to manage contact between children and their birth families.
Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification or equivalent
- Social Work England registered
- Enhanced DBS
